Payment methods
PAYPAL
After completing the order, you will be forwarded directly to the PayPal site via a secure connection (SSL).Payment via PayPal can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct debit or Giropay.
A PayPal account is required for payment. If you do not have a PayPal account or do not want to register, you can conveniently pay by credit card or direct debit via PayPal guest access.
Please note that your desired delivery address must also be stored with PayPal as the shipping address.
BANK TRANSFER
The goods will be shipped after the money has been credited to our account.In the case of SEPA transfers via online banking, it usually takes one bank working day before we receive your payment.
For SEPA transfers using a transfer slip, it takes up to two bank working days.
If you need more than 7 days for the payment, let us know via the contact form or by email.
CREDIT CARD
Pay for your order worldwide with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We use the payment service provider Stripe for this.
When completing the order, the 3DS authentication is used (Verified by VISA, MasterCard Secure Code, American Express SafeKey).
The authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet via special encryption procedures.
KROPP only processes or stores abbreviated card information, i.e. only the last four digits of the card number and the validity period of the card.

Orders with a value of 50 EUR or more are free of shipping costs if you choose standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
For delivery to remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 business days.
All products are manufactured in Germany and shipped from there.
*After receiving payments. We cannot influence the exact moment of delivery. This is the responsibility of DHL.
